We are looking for a Creative Assistant to support our creative team across multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns. This is a minimum 6 months’ contract role.
This role primarily focuses on graphic design, with a secondary focus of on-site production work and video editing, helping the creative team bring ideas to life across social media, advertising, and digital platforms.
You will assist in designing social media graphics, capturing photo/video content, and editing creative assets to ensure our work remains visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines.

Graphic Design
Design social media posts, carousels, and marketing materials for client campaigns.
Adapt existing brand guidelines into engaging visual content.
Resize and format creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Ads, Web).
Assist in preparing visual assets for campaigns and content calendars.
Production Work
Assist in planning and executing photo and video shoots.
Capture photos and videos for social media, advertisements, and campaigns.
Support lighting setup, camera setup, and shoot preparation.
Assist in directing simple shots for Reels and short-form content.
Post-production
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Perform basic color correction, trimming, subtitles, and sound adjustments.
Retouch and optimize photos for social media and advertising use.
Export content in the correct formats and specifications for each platform.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Follow and apply brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Ensure visual quality, alignment, spacing, and typography meet agency standards.
Make revisions based on internal feedback and client requirements.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with the Creative Lead and content team to execute creative ideas.
Manage assigned tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Participate in creative discussions and contribute design ideas when appropriate.
Technical & Creative
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines accurately.

This role is focused on building a strong pipeline of high-quality leads and working closely with our Client Solutions Strategist to convert opportunities into clients.
You will gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and sales processes, especially within the marketing and advertising industry
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients that fit our target profile (SMEs, growing businesses, decision-makers).
Build and maintain lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and directories.
Source leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, websites, social media).
Continuously update and expand the lead database.
Outreach & Prospecting
Execute outbound outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
Personalize outreach messages based on the prospect’s business and needs.
Follow up consistently with leads to increase response rates.
Track outreach performance and iterate messaging
Lead Qualification
Engage with responses and qualify leads based on criteria (budget, needs, readiness).
Identify key decision-makers and understand business pain points.
Filter out low-quality leads and prioritize high-potential prospects.
Maintain clear notes and updates in CRM or tracking sheets
Appointment Setting
Book discovery meetings between the prospect and internal sales team.
Ensure prospects are well-informed before meetings (context, expectations, needs).
Prepare basic lead briefs to support the closer.
Work closely with the closer to improve lead quality over time.
Technical
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
Comfortable with outreach and talking to new people.
Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or business is a plus.

Exposure to how deals are closed in the marketing and advertising industry.
